FlavaRun Terms of Use

Welcome to FlavaRun. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlavaRun platform (the “Platform”), operated by Kinexia Inc., based in Montserrat. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
FlavaRun connects users with restaurants and food vendors to order and receive food and beverages. We do not prepare food and are not responsible for food quality or safety.
2. User Accounts
You must be 18 or older to use FlavaRun. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
3. Payments
Prices and delivery fees are displayed at checkout. Payment must be made through approved payment methods. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all transactions.
4. Delivery & Timing
We aim to ensure timely deliveries but cannot guarantee delivery times. Unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be canceled if the restaurant has not yet started preparing your food. If canceled in time, you may receive a refund. Refunds for delayed or incorrect orders are evaluated case-by-case(see more in our Refunds Policy).
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform, harass delivery personnel, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
FlavaRun is not liable for food quality, health reactions, or delivery delays. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant order.
