FlavaRun Refunds Policy

FlavaRun aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:


Eligible Refunds

  • Order canceled before preparation
  • Items missing or incorrect
  • Food is not delivered


Ineligible Refunds

  • Change of mind after order is confirmed
  • Dissatisfaction with food taste/temperature
  • To improve our services and customer support
  • Late deliveries caused by force majeure (e.g., weather)

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order via refund-requests@flavarun.com
