FlavaRun aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Eligible Refunds
- Order canceled before preparation
- Items missing or incorrect
- Food is not delivered
Ineligible Refunds
- Change of mind after order is confirmed
- Dissatisfaction with food taste/temperature
- To improve our services and customer support
- Late deliveries caused by force majeure (e.g., weather)
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order via refund-requests@flavarun.com
